Spring Project: KILLER-BEE CUSTOM :)) :D [p1]

 Halllooo, good day, dear reader :)
Let's see... Did I just buy a new scooter ,again ? :D 


khh, of course I did! :) Because I love to get my hands dirty and spend time in the garage just' fixin' stuff
Computers,electronics and stuff are fun also , but don't know why... - this oily,screw threaded theme kinda submerges me more in the liking. Hard to say why , but da' hell , it's nothing bad ;) So I just enjoy it.
So a short intro follows:

Bought this little kumoss at dirt cheap money (incl. diesel and trailer rent) , as I see by registration data I'm the third owner for this thing.
It has been staying for 1,5.years without any real usage, outside, thankfully under a cover.

The visual condition.... Weelll , not the worst , but not the best also!
You may be the judge:




yyep, as mentioned: not the worst not the best.
Anyhow , I disassembled some of the plastic parts and also other stuff away from the body later on. 
Also , did an ultrasonic cleaning on the screws and threads

And of course also what I did was measure out the cylinder/head size for future upgrade :D
Because as expected - there was moist that managed to flow in the cylinder and the intake valve was rusted shut , so .... this one's getting an engine rebuild :)

like many other one's this scoot' is equipped with the 'easy as a book' engine  :)

Yeah,I'm not playing around ,after seeing the mess that I'll be dealing with:
the engine is out and the work is starting



Current specs with scooter having 4,233 km mileage:

Sad looking visuals.
Damaged 49cc cylinder on a 139QMB engine
Broken kick-start mechanism (the spring is stretched)
Extremely Worn variator rolls,belt,clutch.
Unknown time serviced tranmission and engine oil
Rusted spark plug
Very dirty air filter
Unknown ignition/magneto state
The engine oil smells like gasoline (fuel tank vacuum pump broken , fuel flows freely)
Disconnected limiter wire 


 what do I plan to do with the scoot?

Upgrade the cylinder and head to 100cc
Black-Heat proof Valve Head
Install clean,bigger carb. for the engine displacement
Clutch,Variator and Belt Kit
Put in fresh engine oil and tranmission oil
Air Filter
fuel /vacuum lines 
fuel tank vacuum pump with fuel filter
Irdium Spark Plug
Stator
High Voltage Ignition Coil
Hidden CDI Mod

What I have already done?
Cleaned things and:
Painted a lot of shit black!

07/07/2020 Yess, I finally have received the parts for the scooter finally do the first sounds with  And what do we have inside? Jup,guessed it right - wrong rocker arms (longer valve version) , new coil and valve cover. Well , what the .... I almost got so desperate to adjust the valve lashes till' the maximum ignoring that the claps wont be "centered" , but  I grasped my sanity and decided to wait a few more days to get it started... I rushed online and some how magically managed to bargain the order for correct rocker arms  with express delivery with no increased post expenses and damn - I got it next day morning! I had to extend the stock gas throttle cable ,so I did some good ol' tricks with the 'flex' machine :D Let's finish up the sequence and give the old sleeper an kick. āāā-a!  And just like the title says: She's alive! Summer project: Turbho RB-50 Retro Scooter PART#1

Nice! (sometimes I also decide to post stuff in English) 139QMB Repair Tips + Story about the šperra :) The model of the scoota' is TURBHO RB-50 2002 year edition. >> This is the very first picture taken 5.minutes after it was legally written on my name. Lold,yea the number plate got broken off because somebody thought it could fit in the back of a VW Polo :D  Nevermind that, it's hot and super glue attached back to it's place :) Zoo , quick background: Okay,  so this scooter was bought on 1st of March 2020 , it had ran half past 14k on the clock before me.
